• Monitor resident symptoms and report adverse reactions or refusals promptly.
• Conduct SHUs and transcribe physician orders.
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes.
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and ensure compliance.
• Prevent medication errors and safeguard resident safety through clinical precision and adherence to regulations.
