The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing high-quality care by administering medication and treatments safely and organized. Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, conducting SHUs, and delivering resident care in accordance with Sunrise’s mission to champion the quality of life for seniors, following all relevant laws, standards, and policies to ensure the best care for residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), LVN, or equivalent credential.
• Valid certifications such as CPR and First Aid.
• Previous experience with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
