You will administer medications, develop care plans, and collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure residents' well-being.

Formación

• Current, valid Pennsylvania LPN license.
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent education.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion for older adults and individuals requiring skilled nursing care.

Responsabilidades

• Providing compassionate nursing care to residents
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assessing resident needs and monitoring changes in condition
• Developing and updating individualized care plans with the healthcare team
• Communicating changes in resident condition to physicians, providers, and representatives
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Working closely with residents, families, nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals
• Supervising and supporting nursing assistants and other care team members
• Helping create a safe, respectful, and positive environment for our residents
• Bringing compassion, dignity, and a little joy to the people we serve
