Full-Time LPN
$28.56/hour base rate (FT 3-11 & 11-7 available at this time)
2nd Shift (3 PM–11 PM): +$4.00/hour
3rd Shift (11 PM–7 AM): +$2.50/hour
Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hour
$2.00/hour additional experience differential for LPNs licensed 5+ years
Regular Part-Time (RPT)
Same applicable shift, weekend, and experience differentials
PRN LPN
$34.15–$39.86/hour
Not benefit eligible, 1,000 hour/year position
Weekend Program
$44.99–$48.43/hour
Work every Saturday & Sunday
8-hour shifts
Holiday requirements apply

As an LPN at Cedarbrook, you'll play an important role in the daily lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing compassionate nursing care to residents
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Assessing resident needs and monitoring changes in condition
Developing and updating individualized care plans with the healthcare team
Communicating changes in resident condition to physicians, providers, and representatives
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Working closely with residents, families, nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals
Supervising and supporting nursing assistants and other care team members
Helping create a safe, respectful, and positive environment for our residents
Bringing compassion, dignity, and a little joy to the people we serve
Current, valid Pennsylvania LPN license
Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent education
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassion for older adults and individuals requiring skilled nursing care
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
