Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing.
• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year experience in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians’ orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns nursing care to team members based on resident needs and capabilities.
• Supervises nursing staff and CNAs; coordinates care across shifts.
• Administers medications and treatments and records as required by regulations.
