Crossroads Treatment Centers in Darlington, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse to join our outpatient MAT clinics. The role requires administering medications per orders, coordinating care with the medical team, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Formación

• Licensed practical or registered nurse license in the practicing state or compact license.
• 3+ years nursing experience preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify patients and administer medication per provider orders.
• Dispense daily and take-home medication at dosing window.
• Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity of patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including assessing for impairment.
• Ensure medication counts are accurate daily.
• Follow compliance policies around documentation practices.
• Participate in nursing team meetings and cross treatment meetings.
• Provide empathy and a listening ear to patients.

Educación

Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License (state or compact)

CPR or BLS certification (preferred)
