Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking an LPN/RN to join our outpatient team in North Carolina. You will administer medications, dispense meds, and coordinate patient care with clinicians. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings to ensure quality, empathetic patient care.

Requirements include an active LPN/RN license, 3+ years of nursing experience, and CPR/BLS certification. Schedule is Mon-Fri early hours with rotating Saturdays; benefits include comprehensive

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse license issued in the state where you will practice.
• 3+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy skills; blood draws on collapsed veins a plus.
• Active CPR or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients and administer medications per orders.
• Dispense daily and take-home medications at dosing window.
• Coordinate care with clinical staff for continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and assess impairment.
• Ensure medication counts are accurate daily.
• Follow documentation compliance policies and procedures.
• Participate in nursing team meetings and cross-treatment meetings.
• Offer empathy and active listening to patients.
