Lakeview Center in Northwest Florida seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care to adults and children with mental health, substance abuse, or developmental disabilities, under supervision. The role emphasizes compassionate care and collaboration with the care team.

You will participate in assessment, treatment planning, direct service provision, and risk management to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and support individualized care plans.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Valid Florida Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to perform CPI behavior management techniques.
• Provide integrated behavioral health services.
• Computer literacy required.
• Eligible for Medicaid programs.
• Pass organization background screenings.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing services to mental health, substance abuse, or developmentally disabled clients under supervision.
• Assist with assessment, treatment planning, and direct care delivery.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and manage client risk.
• Coordinate with the medical team and document care appropriately.
