Job summary

Edgewood Sioux Falls East, part of Edgewood Healthcare, is seeking an LPN Manager to oversee resident care and supervising clinical staff in a 44-bed assisted living setting in Sioux Falls, SD.

The role focuses on developing, implementing, and updating resident care plans, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and maintaining high-quality, compassionate care for seniors. A current Practical Nurse license and 3+ years of clinical experience are preferred; associate's degree is desirable.

Qualifications

• Current state Practical Nurse license.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• At least three years of clinical experience.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Geriatrics, dementia and/or assisted living experience preferred.
• Passion to help others and desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and modification of resident care plans
• Provide supervision to clinical staff
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
