ResCare Community Living, a part of Sevita, seeks an experienced Supervisor, LPN/LVN to lead LPN/LVN staff and oversee medication administration, clinical treatments, and scheduling of medical appointments in collaboration with a Registered Nurse.

The role requires an LPN license, an Associates degree in Nursing, and two years of related supervisory experience, plus CPR and a valid driver’s license. Travel as needed is required.

Responsabilités

• Manages direct care staff and coordinates workload and performance.
• Monitors health conditions and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Supervises medication administration and maintains MAR documentation.
• Provides treatments per physician orders and attends medical appointments.
• Schedules appointments and communicates with families about medical needs.
• Maintains medical records, monitors budgets, and ensures financial goals.
