PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide nursing care under the direction of an RN on the unit. You will gather data, report findings, execute orders, and perform therapeutic procedures appropriate to age groups served.

The ideal candidate holds active LPN/LVN licensure in-state (or compact licensure) and a current BLS. IV certification within 90 days may be required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as LPN/LVN in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required; AHA-approved within 90 days.
• Current IV Certification within 90 days of employment, if required by state regulations.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as directed by an RN on the unit.
• Gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures.
• Ensure care aligns with PAM Health policies and guidelines.
