Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Las Vegas is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our full-time nursing team on-site. You will provide nursing care under an RN, collect data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures in an age-appropriate manner.

Required: active LPN/LVN licensure in the state (or compact), current BLS, and IV certification if required by state rules.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as LPN/LVN in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates.
• Current BLS certification required; BLS must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• Current IV Certification within 90 days of employment, if required per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate nursing care under the direction of an RN on the nursing unit.
• Gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures.
• Ensure care is age and population-appropriate and complies with PAM Health policies.
