Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an LPN/LVN for a 14-week Long Term Care assignment in Winslow, AZ. The shift is 7pm–7am (12 hours) with 36 hours per week, across four halls based on patient acuity.

Candidates must hold a current LPN or LVN license, have a minimum of 1 year in a Long Term Care setting, and maintain current certifications. Prior LTC experience is preferred. Travelers should arrange housing as none is provided by the facility.
