About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home health visits team in Cranford, New Jersey. This full-time position involves providing skilled nursing care to adult and senior clients in their homes across Union, Somerset, and Middlesex Counties. Prior clinical experience as an LPN is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Making home visits to clients in designated territories
• Administering medication, wound care, and treatments
• Monitoring client conditions and reporting changes
• Following doctors' orders and documenting care
• Performing client assessments and case management

Qualifications:

• Current NJ LPN license
• At least one year of recent, verifiable LPN experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills
