Description:This position is in a state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness.
The facility features 34 beds and caters to rehab patients, including those with strokes, amputations, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, motor vehicle accidents, orthopedic issues, trauma, and general debility.
The patient-to-nurse ratio is 7:1.
Equipment utilized includes IVs, tube feeding pumps, Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, and walkers.
The electronic health record system used is Meditech Expanse and UDS Pro Doc.
The team aims for a collaborative environment; therefore, being a team player, agile, and a problem solver is crucial.
Preferred candidates will have rehab experience and IV skills.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
