Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Golden is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to provide patient care under the supervision of an RN on our unit. You will gather data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures while following hospital policies and patient safety standards.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Preference for emergency or critical care experience; vents/trachs/PICC lines knowledge; two years direct patient care favored.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as directed by an RN on the nursing unit.
• Gather data and report changes in patient condition.
• Carry out orders and perform therapeutic procedures on patients.
• Ensure care is appropriate for age and population and aligned with PAM Health policies.
