Job summary

Vibra Hospital of southeastern Massachusetts in New Bedford, MA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) to join our team. The role features 12-hour shifts with a $10.00/hr weekend differential, and opportunities to work days or nights on a 12-hour schedule.

The successful candidate will hold an LPN/LVN license in the state, current BLS, IV certification, and demonstrate strong clinical, organizational and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor required.
• IV Certification required.
• Ability to present a professional image.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing care on the unit following the nursing process and act under supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Ensure smooth, organized and efficient unit operations.
• Direct care and supervision/delegation of other nursing staff as appropriate.
• Develop clinical expertise per specialty and maintain professional standards.
