Job summary

Matrix Providers is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a short-term coverage position in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time assignment starts 11/1/2026 for 12 weeks, providing care to military service members and families.

The role is paid hourly with benefits, Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm. The ideal candidate holds an LPN/LVN certificate, has 3 years of post-graduate LPN experience, and possesses an active license.

Qualifications

• LPN/LVN with active license required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (CNEA/ACEN/NLNAC/CCNE).
• Minimum of 3 years LPN/LVN experience post-graduation.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in an outpatient setting for Active Duty and dependents.
• Perform duties including medication administration and immunizations.
• Support Pediatrics, Women’s Health & Immunizations as needed.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure patient safety.
