Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Abilene is hiring LPN/LVN for full-time and PRN positions in Abilene, TX. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.50–$34.00 and generous shift differentials.

You will provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, coordinate with RNs, and support patients’ recovery in a team‑oriented, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience is preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care aligned with the care plan and physician orders.
• Observe patient vital signs, symptoms and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the recovery journey.
