Job summary

Complete Care at Annapolis is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct, high-quality care to residents at our Annapolis, MD facility. Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, monitoring health status, and collaborating with the care team.

The ideal candidate holds a Maryland LPN license, has at least 1 year of long-term care experience, and can pass a background check, drug screen, and references.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as LPN in Maryland.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an LPN in long-term care.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable).
• Wound care and prevention; manage pain and dressings.
• Monitor health status and analyze data.
• Provide catheter/ostomy care and collect specimens.
• Assist in executing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and social workers.
• Educate families and residents about health status and care expectations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of health status, care, and progress.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to CNAs to ensure quality care.
