• Licensed to work in Maryland as an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Perform wound care and manage pain effectively.
• Monitor physical and mental health status and track changes.
• Provide catheter and ostomy care and gather specimens.

• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals in care.
• Educate families and residents about health status and care expectations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of health status and care.
• Oversee and delegate responsibilities to CNAs for quality teamwork.
