Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents changes in patient condition (nutrition, infections, skin, weight, etc.).
• Uses the Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement, and monitoring.
• Documents room changes, LOA, new admits, and discharges; notifies applicable departments.
• Rounds with physicians when necessary.
