Qualified candidates hold an AR LPN license and have at least 2 years of long-term care experience, with strong organizational and leadership skills. Weekend Baylor pay applies when available.

Qualifications

• Must be an LPN and licensed in Arkansas.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience in long-term care.
• Strong organizational, judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
• Prepare and administer medications as charted.
• Administer treatments as prescribed.
• Consult with physicians when needed.
• Communicate with the director of nursing and staff.
