Good Samaritan Luverne Mary Jane Brown campus is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our not-for-profit team delivering high-quality care in a Christian environment. This full-time role supports residents in long-term care, under RN or physician supervision, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and compassionate care.

The LPN must have an accredited program completion and an active LPN license; an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• State licensure and ongoing CEU requirements to maintain practice.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments as ordered per care plan.
• Provides nursing care under supervision of RN or physician.
• Documents resident interactions and maintains confidentiality.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality care.
