Sanford Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care settings under supervision. The role supports the health and safety of residents, documents care and coordinates with the care team.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.
• An associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Active LPN license in state and, if applicable, multi-state licensure.
• IV therapy requirements may apply in North Dakota per ND Nursing Board rules.

Aufgaben

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision of a RN, advanced practice provider, or physician.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and monitor resident status.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medications, behavior, activity and diet.
• Collaborate with health care providers and the care team to support residents’ needs.
