Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care settings under supervision. The role offers day shifts in the United States, with a strong emphasis on safety, documentation and teamwork.

A patient-centered approach and adherence to care plans are essential. Qualified candidates will have an accredited practical nursing program and an LPN license; associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.
Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
Current LPN license in good standing with relevant state board.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor outcomes.
Document resident interactions, care provided and observed responses.
Collaborate with health care providers and maintain patient confidentiality.
Support residents' education and self-care plans as part of the care team.
