Job summary
Bellway Health and Rehabilitation Center in Selma, AL is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support the clinical staff in delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications
- Active Alabama LPN license.
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Work closely with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff
- Support residents with daily care needs when needed
- Participate in care planning and family meetings
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Help train and support new nursing staff
