The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision. Demonstrates nursing principles and applies care plans to meet residents' physical and psychosocial needs.

Performs medications and treatments, documents care, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure health, safety, and comfort. Active LPN license required; associate degree preferred; sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Must have active LPN license and be able to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Document resident interactions, medications, and care outcomes.
• Assist with medications and treatments as ordered.
