Job summary

Sanford Health’s Good Samaritan Society is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for long-term care settings. You will provide professional nursing care under supervision, contribute to care plans, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an accredited LPN program graduate, an active LPN license, and the ability to work 12-hour day shifts with rotating weekends. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available along with eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Current unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board.
• Minimum 400 hours of supervised clinical experience or prior LPN experience.

Responsibilities
