Job summary

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.

The position features 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week, with a $26.00–$36.00 hourly range and a $20,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates must graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold a current LPN license.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Current LPN license with state nursing board.
• IV therapy/management skills as applicable per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Assess residents and document interactions and outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with residents and staff.
• Counsel residents and families on prevention and care plans.
