Job summary

Archbold Living Thomasville is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team. The role involves evaluating data collection, plan of care, and goals while maintaining efficient patient flow and prioritizing acuity levels.

You will review diagnostic results, reassess as conditions change, and notify the RN or physician of notable changes. Discharge planning and precise documentation are essential, along with room upkeep and adherence to policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Current GA LPN license.

• Maintain patient flow by recognizing acuity levels and prioritizing care.
• Review diagnostic test results and follow up per physician orders.

• Document all care in the patient's medical record clearly and completely.
• Assist with upkeep of examination rooms as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, state, federal, and JCAHO standards.
