Riverside Lifelong Health and Rehabilitation in Smithfield, VA is hiring a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support clinical care under supervision of RN or Nursing leadership. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) participates in the development, maintenance, or modification of nursing plan of care. Provides for the emotional, physical comfort and safety of the residents and their families. Assists in supervision of auxiliary personnel. **What you will do** * Medications and treatments are administered accurately and according to provider's orders.* Allows resident choices within limits of capability considering safety /dignity issues and follows policies and procedures of facility to include resident privacy and dignity.* Assigns duties to non-professional staff such as CNAs according to education, training, policy and resident need in order to assure quality resident care is delivered.
