Indiana Treatment Centers – Mishawaka is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our multidisciplinary team providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care for individuals in substance use and co-occurring mental health programs.
Under RN supervision, the LPN will support medical coordination, monitor patient health, administer medications, and help maintain a safe, structured milieu across residential or detox settings while upholding trauma-informed care and regulatory compliance.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a key member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care to individuals recovering from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Working under the supervision of an RN or clinical leader, the LPN supports medical coordination, monitors patient health, administers medications, and helps maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. This role is essential to ensuring patient stability, clinical quality, and a consistent, recovery-focused milieu.
