Cooperative Home Care, Inc. is seeking an LPN to provide nursing care in a home setting during evening hours in Missouri. The role emphasizes patient independence, comprehensive clinical documentation, and adherence to physician orders.

We offer a sign-on bonus, flexible client options, and extensive benefits including health, vision, dental, PTO, and 401(k). This position is part-time with shifts Monday through Friday 6:00pm–8:00pm.

Formación

• Active LPN license in Missouri.
• Active CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Assist clients with home/social activities and actively promote independence at home.
• Complete all necessary clinical documentation.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Pay:

$32.00 to $35.00 an hour

Sign on Bonus:

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri


• Active CPR certification (We can provide a class if yours isn’t active!)
