Job summary

Cooperative Home Care, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide nursing care per physician orders, and to follow established standards and policies while supporting patients at home.

You will assist clients with daily activities, promote independence, and complete required clinical documentation. Training and sign-on bonus are offered, with benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri.
• Active CPR certification (We can provide a class if yours isn’t active!)

Pay:

$32.00 to $35.00 an hour

Sign on Bonus:
