LiveWell Homecare Agency in Centre County, PA is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee support staff, ensure quality patient care, and provide prompt, courteous service to patients and providers.

You will recruit, train, and schedule staff; address performance issues; develop policies; and coordinate with departments to maintain safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of LPN experience and completion of a nursing specialty training program.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

• Prepare monthly reports and serve as a liaison with internal and external entities.
• Provide clerical, clinical, or diagnostic support services as needed.
