At Spring Creek Healthcare Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN Licensed Practical Nurse nights Supervisor to join our team in Perth Amboy, NJ. As an integral part of our weekend care team, you will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of our licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants.
• Ensure that all patients receive high-quality care and services in a safe and respectful environment
• Monitor and report any concerns or issues related to patient care, staff performance, or facility operations
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure that they are providing the highest level of care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and staff performance
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided at Spring Creek Healthcare Center
