Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants on weekends

• Monitor and report any concerns or issues related to patient care, staff performance, or facility operations
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure that they are providing the highest level of care
