Job summary

Spring Creek Healthcare Center in Perth Amboy, NJ seeks an LPN Weekend Supervisor to oversee weekend coverage, supervising licensed practical nurses and CNAs to ensure high-quality patient care and a safe, respectful environment.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide guidance to staff, maintain detailed records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives that elevate the standard of care across the center.

Qualifications

• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) with weekend supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants on weekends.
• Ensure that all patients receive high-quality care in a safe and respectful environment.
• Monitor and report concerns related to patient care, staff performance, or facility operations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure the highest level of care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and staff performance.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall care at Spring Creek Healthcare Center.
