Responsibilities

• Manage daily health and wellness operations to maximize resident safety and wellbeing.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation.
• Observe residents under treatment to identify progress and side-effects.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical tasks.
• Collect lab samples.
• Communicate with team, residents, families and medical professionals.
• Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
