Job summary

Juniper Village at the Spearly Center in Denver, CO is hiring an LPN for full-time day shifts. Starting pay is $36.00 per hour, with higher rates for experienced nurses and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time hires completed between 10/22/2026 and 11/15/2026.

Part-time options are also available. Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, daily living assistance, wound care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide a home-like environment for residents

Qualifications

• LPN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Familiarity with hospital health, safety and sanitation standards is expected.
• Excellent knowledge of medical terminology is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Observe patients/residents under treatment to identify progress and potential side-effects.
• Monitor and record vital signs regularly.
• Provide assistance as necessary with activities of daily living.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical tasks.
• Collect lab samples as needed.
• Communicate with team members, residents, families and medical professionals.
• Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
