Qualifications

• LPN required for role.
• BLS Certification preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology.
• Good physical condition and stamina.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of health and wellness to maximize resident function, safety and wellbeing.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents.
• Observe patients under treatment to identify progress and side-effects of medications.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical tasks.
• Collect lab samples.
• Communicate with team, residents, families and medical professionals.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
