Base pay range

$27.00/hr - $34.00/hr

We are searching for an LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals. The LPN is responsible for the delivery of medical services, under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. The LPN handles nursing services for each patient/client, including medical & history screens, individualized nursing care, and overseeing the medical and psychiatric management in coordination with the Medical Director. The role requires monitoring clients for signs of intoxication and withdrawal, maintaining documentation, and providing directions to technicians. Must be available to work weekends and have shift flexibility.

Skills/Requirements:

• Ohio LPN license required.
• Experience in Substance Abuse preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in an addiction treatment facility setting.
• Strong nursing and administrative skills, team-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, good communication skills, strong medical background.
• Provides medication education and completes documentation per licensure and policies.

Experience:

• Residential Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Licensed Practical Nurse: 1 year (Preferred)
• Healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)
• Experience with KIPU EMR System, COW, and CIWA Assessment.

Education:

• Associate degree (Preferred)

License:

• LPN License
• BLS certification

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts
• Weekend availability
• Multiple shifts available (7:00am to 7:00pm, 7:00pm to 7:00am, 12:00pm to 12:00am)
