Starting wage for Wellness Nurse: $28-$30 per hour!

We are looking for someone like you:

• Superior Supervisor: In the absence of department heads, this position manages the building, assists, and leads the Wellness team and other departments to ensure quick, reliable, and person-centered care.
• Force on the Floor: Demonstrate leadership by assisting with call lights, resident requests, and showing urgency to prioritize residents' needs.
• Diligent Documenter: Complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently, and file correctly.
• Compassionate Caregiver: Embody Arrow's core values, ensuring each resident interaction is professional, caring, and leaves residents feeling safe and cared for.

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within the state of employment.
• Thorough knowledge of current care standards, regulations, medication laws, and care requirements.
• Experience with memory-impaired residents and EMR systems is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a love for residents.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds, and assist with transfers and falls.
• Criminal background clearance.
