Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse to provide 1:1 patient care in Surgoinsville, TN. This full-time role covers day and overnight shifts with pediatric cases and G-tube experience preferred.

Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, and coordinating supplies, while adhering to each client's plan of care. Valid TN license, CPR, and driving receipt required.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance.
• CPR professional certification.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred; home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 care for client following client's plan of care at all times while maintaining client's dignity and independence.
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care and assessments of results.
• Documenting nursing actions of all care given and communication with family, case manager, and physicians; update progress and outcomes.
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate stock.
• Ensuring all patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions.

Office Location: Greeneville, TNCoverage area: Surgoinsville, TN

Schedule: Full-Time; Days & Overnight (2 nurses needed)

• Pediatric Case
• G-tube experience preferred
• Days Shift: Monday & Tuesday 7:0am - 2:30pm, Wednesday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm (attend school with patient)
• Overnight Shift: Monday - Wednesday 11:00pm - 7:00am

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse, You will:

• Providing 1:1 care for client following client's plan of care at all times while maintaining client's dignity and independence
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care and provided assessments of results
• Accurately documenting nursing actions of all care given and communication with family, case manager, and physicians as well as documenting the progress and outcomes for established goals and informing physician, case manager, and families of changes in client's medical condition and needs
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to insure adequate amounts are always on hand
• Ensuring all patient needs are being met in accordance with the instructions of the physician

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice
