Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver patient-centered 1:1 care in Normandy, TN. The role involves following each client’s plan of care, administering medications, and coordinating with family and health professionals.

This full-time position offers flexible scheduling options (days and overnight) and opportunities for professional growth within a growing home health organization. LPN licensure and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree with current, unrestricted state license.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• CPR certification.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 client care following the plan of care.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed.
• Document nursing actions and communicate with family, case manager, and physicians.
• Coordinate supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate inventory.
• Ensure patient needs are met per physician instructions.

Office Location: Murfreesboro, TNCoverage area: Normandy, TN

Schedule: Full-Time; Days & Overnight (2 scheduling options; 2 nurses)

• Adult Case
• Trach/G-tube experience preferred
• Nurse 1:Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00am
• Nurse 2: Saturday, Sunday, Monday 7:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse, You will:

• Providing 1:1 care for client following client's plan of care at all times while maintaining client's dignity and independence
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care and provided assessments of results
• Accurately documenting nursing actions of all care given and communication with family, case manager, and physicians as well as documenting the progress and outcomes for established goals and informing physician, case manager, and families of changes in client's medical condition and needs
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to insure adequate amounts are always on hand
• Ensuring all patient needs are being met in accordance with the instructions of the physician

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance
• CPR professional certification
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
• Home Health care experience preferred
