Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Greeneville, TN. This role provides expert, patient-centered care in a home health setting, with 1:1 patient focus and ongoing support from a dedicated team.

Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments per the care plan, accurate documentation, and coordinating supplies. A valid LPN license, CPR certification, and drive-ready access are required; home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree with current unrestricted licensure in state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance.
• CPR certification.
• 1+ years nursing experience preferred.
• Home Health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 care for client following client's plan of care at all times while maintaining client's dignity and independence
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care and provided assessments of results
• Accurately documenting nursing actions of all care given and communication with family, case manager, and physicians as well as documenting the progress and outcomes for established goals and informing physician, case manager, and families of changes in client's medical condition and needs
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to insure adequate amounts are always on hand
• Ensuring all patient needs are being met in accordance with the instructions of the physician

• Sunday, Monday Tuesday 9:00am - 5:00pm
