Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse in Acute Care – Cardiac Telemetry. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative team, following standards and evidence-based guidelines.

Minimum 5 years of RN experience with current RN licensure and BLS. Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills are essential; you will participate in performance improvement and precept new staff in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required at minimum.
• At least 5 years of RN experience, preferably in direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Deliver patient-centered care tailored to cardiac telemetry patients.
• Communicate with patients and families; provide bedside education.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and document promptly.
• Participate in performance improvement and governance initiatives.
• Mentor staff and serve as a preceptor when needed.
• Promote evidence-based practices and safety standards.

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse in Acute Care – Cardiac Telemetry provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the Nursing Process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to population-specific needs.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication methods, including bedside reports and education.
• Coordinate safe, quality care through interdisciplinary collaboration and timely documentation.
• Participate in performance improvement, research activities, and shared governance initiatives.
• Support professional development by completing competency assessments, mentoring, and serving as a preceptor.
• Promote evidence-based practice, research, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of an Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current licensure as an RN (single-state or multi-state Compact).
• Required certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support).
• At least 5 years of RN experience, preferably in direct patient care.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
