Meadowbrook Care Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Nightshift team. You will provide high-quality, personalized care and administer medications while collaborating with our interdisciplinary staff.

The role includes developing and implementing individualized care plans, monitoring patient conditions, documenting progress, and participating in quality improvement initiatives to uphold Meadowbrook's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LPN in Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's in nursing preferred.
