LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care and coordinate with the healthcare team in an inpatient setting.

You will support assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual aspects of care for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program-Nursing.
• Ability to work in a clinical environment with professionalism and adherence to policies.
